                Dennis Burns is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with degrees in Economics and Political Science.  Prior to joining Equitable Advisors and starting Connect the Dots 4 Life, which specializes in providing life solutions and sound financial strategies for people with disabilities and or special needs he was with Midwest Associates in West Des Moines, Iowa.  His prior work experience includes; Waddell & Reed, GE Capital and the Resolution Trust Corporation.  From 1991-1997, he owned and operated his own consulting business specializing in finance, acquisitions and business restructuring.  His current registrations held are 6, 63 and 65. Dennis specializes in working with individuals with special needs and disabilities on long term financial issues.  Dennis works with several non-profit organizations and speaks on the subject of financial planning for those with special needs and or disabilities as well as teaches Adult Education in many school districts on the subject.  He has also presented to the Iowa Bar Association on the subject of divorce with special needs children.

Dennis is very active in the community supporting people with special needs and or disabilities.
